12-Base RNA Protein Synthesis Kit-The advanced miniDNA® system comprises
shaped colour coded parts to represent the nitrogenous bases, pentagonal sugar
& pyramidal phosphate component parts present in the Double Helix of DNA. The
kit includes differently sized pyrimidines to purines, hydrogen bonds
represented by correct number of pegs and minor and major grooves are shown.
Available in a choice of 2 kits to make either a 12 layer or 22 layer DNA
model. The model can be uncoiled and separated to produce two strands, ideal
for modelling DNA Replication. Each kit is supplied with its own stand and

Kit[B] The advanced miniDNA® 12 base RNA protein synthesis kit can be used to
model the process of Protein synthesis known as Translation or if used in
conjunction with the 12 or 22 layer advanced miniDNA® kits to model the
creation of RNA by Transcription. The advanced kit comes with 2 'clover leaf'
shaped Transfer RNA parts and 2 amino acid parts.
