Molymod妠inorganic kits contain a sufficient quantity of molymod妠atom
parts and links to make individual structures, e.g. sodium chloride, diamond,
ice or metals. The kits are supplied in plastic boxes with assembly
instructions. Some substances e.g. calcite are only supplied as pre-assembled
models. The models are of two kinds, either OPEN models which use standard
grey links to give extended structures, or COMPACT models which use short
links and bring the atoms close together giving a semi-space filling type of
model.
