Min/Max Memory Alarm Thermometer-A modern compact max/min alarm thermometer. Easy-to-use and cost effective for liquid and semi-solid sampling with a memory function to store measured values. The stainless steel probe is connected to the unit with a 1 metre cable. The thermometer probe can be clipped to the thermometer body for single-handed use. Features:Measures in °C or °F. Programmable alarm for min/max values . Audible alarm at the high/low temperature limits 30mm LCD display with function indicators. Min/max memory. Data hold function retains displayed value . Auto shut off after 1 hour . Sampling rate of one reading per second . 100mm x 4mm diameter stainless steel pointed tip probe with handle and 1m cable.Impact resistant ABS case incorporates a desk stand and compartment for the sensor cable when not in use . Low battery indicator.Supplied with a probe protector cap & battery . Optional Calibration Certificate available For best results ensure the thermometer's probe tip is immersed at least 10mm into the substance being tested, as the sensor is located in the bottom 10mm of the probe.
