A dramatic demonstration of cloud formation and temperature change with
pressure change. Place a few drops of water into the bottle and increase the
pressure using the attached hand pump. When the seal is opened the rapid
pressure change leads to the formation of a cloud inside the bottle. The
temperature change can then be shown on the liquid crystal thermometer
included.
