Following the buy-out by Inivos Scientific in 2021, SciChem has been working through a business transformation programme that will continue into 2023 and is set to achieve rapid delivery of products, world-class customer service and renowned customer experience.
An exciting part of this is the acquisition of a new state-of-the-art warehouse facility. A £3m investment has brought back full control of stock which will result in faster delivery times and up-to-date ordering and tracking.
The positive experience of our customers is paramount to this new chapter for SciChem and we hope to share many more good-news stories and initiatives over the coming months, beginning with this new printed education catalogue and refreshed website!
Warehouse Update
Our brand-new warehouse facility enables us to provide world-class customer service and strengthen our relationships with our supply partners.
This £3m investment will ensure the long-term success and efficiency of Inivos Scientific and our trading entities. Bringing fresh employment to the area, we are moving our warehouse operations into our own bespoke warehouse.
